VIDEO PRODUCTION

Here are some ways that video might assist your company:

IMPRESSIVE PRESENTATIONS - Video allows an effective combination of technical material, diverse locations, and moving first-person testimonials.

FLEXIBILITY - Video can be incorporated into live presentations or stand alone marketing tools. Video can be shown on systems as small as a briefcase or as large as a meeting room wall.

COST EFFECTIVE - Video cassettes are easily and inexpensively sent to anywhere in the world.

UNIFORMITY - Video insures that information is presented accurately, effectively, and consistently.

IMPROVES LEARNING AND RETENTION - Most people learn more quickly and with less effort from a high impact video than by reading files of technical matter.

THE COMPLETE PRODUCTION PACKAGE - PNW Video Productions uses our creative business and video skills to develop each video production to fill your company needs. We recommend that sales and marketing tapes range from five to seven minutes but many product or corporate presentations range from eight to twelve minutes in length.

Our Production Package includes:

* Research and Scripting * Project Design and Art Direction * Professional Talent * Set Design * Music & Special Effects * Production Crews and Equipment * Editing * Completed production broadcast master and dubs

Total costs generally range from $500 to $1,500 per finished minute for each production, but can go as high as $3,000 per finished minute or higher. Many of our productions run in about the $800 to $900 per finished minute range, however. Costs depend upon several factors including the locations, travel, original graphic designs, talent fees, and special effects. We prepare each budget on a project-by-project basis.

Our policy calls for payments of 1/3 down, 1/3 at the beginning of production and 1/3 upon project completion and acceptance of a presentation.

PNW Video Productions uses a four-step production process. This basic process is kept simple to ensure a focused production.

FOUR STEP
PRODUCTION PROCESS

STEP ONE - TREATMENT AND BUDGET (One Week) - Our producer will work closely with your contact person in defining the needs and desires of your particular video. We will present a treatment or outline to define the target audience, general purpose, content, length and flow or continuity. At this time we will also present an in-depth budget and a time frame for completion of the production.

STEP TWO - PRE-PRODUCTION (One to Two Weeks) - The research and writing of the proposed script and the development of a video design or story-board of the production’s finished look are involved in this phase. Talent, locations, graphics, music, and other production elements are identified. It’s best if we can obtain script approval three working days prior to the start of production.

STEP THREE - PRODUCTION (One Week) -This phase involves the actual on-location and/or studio production and the compilation of video support materials and properties. Production involves the coordination of crew, talent, direction, and recording. Production involves video tape recording of individual scenes, as well as logging and reviewing scene footage.

STEP FOUR - POST PRODUCTION (One Week) -This involves the editing of the various video and audio elements into a cohesive finished product. Graphics, special effects and scene transitions are incorporated in the production at this time. When the first draft is complete, there is a client review producess. The finished production will be dubbed onto the tape format specified by the client, output to DVD or CD-ROM or uploaded to the internet.

Of course, time lines change depending upon the needs of our clients. Sometimes clients need the finished production, yesterday. For our clients we will move mountains . . . and time.
